I would like to communicate my extreme thanks for the service we received from Team Tim West at the Chattanooga office. They sold our older home and assisted us in finding the perfect new home. My husband and I are very pleased. More specifically, we like to point out a few things which really represent this team:

 

Ø       The level of professionalism displayed the ENTIRE time, including appearance

Ø       The knowledge on every aspect of selling and buying a house (statistics/projections & estimates, contracts, offers, inspections, banking, and closing)

Ø       The quality of aesthetics, such as advertisements, on-line photos, bi-weekly updates, and legal documents.

Ø       When we were ready to make an offer, Team Tim West had us view other homes to ensure that we were making the right decision. I would have thought most realtors would want us to make that deal without hesitation.

 

These are just a few highlights of their service.

 

We cannot express enough the quality and dedication that this team has provided. I hope you can provide them with the recognition that they deserve for a job well done above and beyond. It was worth every penny.
